Come play indoor soccer with beginners and complete beginners! ♪ "Let's relax and have fun moving our bodies together." ★I'm a complete beginner or ultra-beginner and I'm not confident. ★I haven't exercised in a while and I'm not confident about my physical strength. Eligibility: Middle school age and above. Beginners, inexperienced players, and those with a long break from soccer or futsal. -Menu Content- ◎Various exercises centered around warm-ups and basic practice, incorporating playful elements. ◎Game format.
